Chad helps everyday athletes reclaim strength, discipline, and confidence through science-backed training and sustainable transformation. With a background in military support operations for the 19th Special Forces Group and a commitment to community service as a firefighter, he embodies the principle that physical fitness is mission-critical, in life and in service.
After earning his NASM certification, Chad partnered with 180 Fitness to deliver personalized training rooted in performance, habit change, and long-term momentum. He specializes in moderate-to-intense hypertrophy protocols, supports clients with structured lifting plans, and creates gym environments where even first-timers feel capable. His mission is to replace guesswork with structure, and help you become the strongest version of yourself.
